Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence or also known as the loss of bladder control, is a common and often embarrassing problem. The problems can be different for age groups and also the method of treatment will also be different. The severity ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that’s so sudden and strong you don’t get to a toilet in time.

The management of urinary incontinence includes various measures including;

  • Kegel Pelvic floor exercises,
  • Bladder training,
  • Medical or surgical intervention such as bladder neck suspension.
